Spring Creek Sportsmen Club A great place for our community to use for gatherings and education for the future hunter/trappers. We are a family organization that is made for everyone.

Use our facilities and enjoy the privacy. We are located in a quiet, large, and private area. Our shooting range is accessible to all members at anytime. Rentals are held when we receive your deposit. We are a first come first serve rental. We are a great place to cater almost anyone's needs. We are all volunteers that want to see our club carry on the values of a great place for people to gather,

enjoy our club, and learn from experienced teachers(PA Hunter/Trapper Safety Course). General Prices are:
$50 deposit and $100 for birthday parties, reunions, receptions, etc... 8 hours or less - all parties must end and be cleaned up by 10pm or a fee of $50 will be collected.
$100 deposit and $200 for stag n' drags or weddings.. more than 8 hours -closed and cleaned up at noon the next day or after that a fee of $100 will be collected
Special events will be agreed upon from all active members for a price change. Thank you for your support!

Pennsylvania hunters are breaking records and sharing the bounty!

During the 2025-26 hunting season, hunters donated a record 294,844 pounds of venison from 8,382 deer through Hunters Sharing the Harvest (HSH). That’s the equivalent of nearly 1.2 million servings of nutritious protein for Pennsylvanians facing food insecurity.

This milestone marks Pennsylvania as the nation’s leading state for venison donations, reflecting the generosity of hunters, processors, volunteers, donors, and sponsors across the Commonwealth.

Powerful partnerships between the Game Commission, Hunters Sharing the Harvest and Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture help drive the connection between hunters and communities, ensuring these numbers continue to grow in the coming hunting season.

Thank you to everyone who lends a hand in turning harvests into meals for our fellow neighbors in need.

Here are some pictures of our club without any event going. We have so many people that want to see what it really looks before they rent it out. We have a large well drained area to park in. We have a shooting range, a horse shoe pit, and a fire pit. We have the great advantage of no cellphone service and privacy for any event. You can camp out or in the building during the night. Parking is openly available all over the area. We have a fully functioning kitchen. There are two covered pavilions for gathering and eating. We rent it out for showers, birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, reunions, Stagndrags, and many other events. A few local animals come to visit daily. Please enjoy our club and the area. 3… 2… 1… Pennsylvania’s 2026-27 hunting and trapping licenses are now on sale!

Purchase your license online at huntfish.pa.gov or in person at any license issuing agent. MAP: https://bit.ly/licenseagents.

REMINDER: Pennsylvania residents are GUARANTEED an antlerless license for ANY WMU for 21 days through Sunday, July 12.

Coming soon: a NEW app for Pennsylvania hunters!

Launching in 2027, the HuntFishPA app will include several features to provide more convenient options and make information more accessible to hunters, including:

Digital licenses in one place
E-tagging and harvest reporting
Interactive maps with layers to find state game lands and more near you
What’s in season by location and species
Ability to update personal and contact information

As we prepare to launch the new HuntFishPA mobile app, the Pennsylvania Game Commission app has been deactivated.

The app is no longer available to download from the Apple Store or Google Play, and links within existing downloads will be removed to prevent access to outdated information.

In the meantime, hunters can view their licenses on huntfish.pa.gov. Physical harvest tags still need to be carried in the field for the 2026-27 season.

The Pennsylvania Game Commissions newly launched “Certified Hunter” program allows hunters who pass a written 100 question test and a shooting proficiency test to harvest female white tailed deer on specially enrolled farms across the state from August through April by making reservations to hunt. A great way to help farmers with crop damage and put tasty meat in their freezer. Harvested animals can also be donated for processing for food banks. A great win win program, check it out.

Calling all sportsmen’s clubs, conservation organizations, and anyone who wants to provide opportunities for new hunters — we’ve got an awesome program for you!

The mentored pheasant hunt program is designed to provide new hunters with a unique opportunity to gain experience hunting. Every year, the Game Commission works with organizations across Pennsylvania to sponsor instructional pheasant hunts for mentored permit holders or junior license holders by providing pheasants for these events.

So WHO can host a mentored pheasant hunt?

If your hunt is open and available to the public and meets any of the following criteria, you can apply!

- Sportsmen’s club
- Any chapter or association of a conservation nongovernmental organization that supports new hunters
- Federal or state government agencies that promote hunting on their properties
- An organization that helps promote recruitment and retention of hunters
