Parents of 7th/8th grade track participants:
All students that have signed up for track this fall have received an athletic packet that needs to be completed and sent back to the school. There is also a $25 participation fee that can be paid using the link below or by send cash/check with your child to the office. Sports physicals must completed prior to practice on Monday. Paperwork for the physical can be found on the school website or picked up in the office.

We encourage every ECSD household to complete an application—even if you don't think your student will qualify. These applications help determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals and can also impact federal funding and resources available to our students and schools.

Prefer a paper application? Be on the lookout for a hard copy coming home with your child during the first couple weeks of school, or contact your school directly to request one.

DonorsChoose is launching Sept. 1, 2026! Thanks to the leadership of Senator Marilyn Dondero-Loop, the Nevada Legislature has allocated $7.5 million for the 2026-2027 school year to champion the efforts of educators. With this investment, more than 11,000 Nevada educators will receive up to $500 in new classroom resources.

If you are a Nevada public school educator, you will receive an email on Sept. 1, 2026, with the new 2026 link and instructions on how to submit your application for funding. Links from previous years will not be functional or accepted for 2026 applications.

It is our honor to support you in this way as you give so much to our Nevada children.
