🏕️ First Campout of the Season! 🏕️

What a great way to kick off another year of Scouting! Our first campout of the season at Lackawanna State Park gave us beautiful weather Friday and Saturday and plenty of time to enjoy being outdoors together.

The Scouts kept busy with some competitive games of kickball, glow capture the flag, worked on rank requirements, enjoyed some seriously good camp food, and, most importantly, spent time together just having fun. 🌲⚜️

There’s nothing better than a weekend camping with great Scouts, great leaders, and great friends. These are the weekends where skills are learned, friendships get stronger, and some of the best Scouting memories are made.

A great start to the season — and we’re looking forward to many more adventures ahead! 🏕️💚

Congratulations to the current and future leaders of Cub Scout Pack 126, Troop 132, and Troop 1132 who completed their first weekend of Wood Badge!

For those unfamiliar with Wood Badge, it is Scouting America’s premier adult leadership training program. It brings together dedicated Scouting volunteers to strengthen their leadership, teamwork, communication, and planning skills so they can better serve Scouts and their communities.

We are incredibly proud of your commitment to growing as leaders, your dedication to Scouting, and most importantly, your continued service to the youth in our programs.

Congratulations on completing Weekend One, and best wishes as you continue your Wood Badge journey!

Members of Troop 132 and Troop 1132 spent an enjoyable and meaningful weekend at the Lowwapaneu Lodge Order of the Arrow Acahela Induction Weekend.

Throughout the weekend, our Scouts and leaders gave back through service, enjoyed fellowship with fellow members of the Order of the Arrow, and helped support a successful induction weekend.

We are proud of everyone who represented Troops 132 and 1132 and demonstrated the spirit of cheerful service that is at the heart of the Order of the Arrow.
