We attended the last training session for Tibbs (the dog) tonight and presented a check and some cash to PAWS Giving Independence for $7195. Tibbs will go home tonight with my current favorite 3rd grader, Kassidy, who has been working hard and training with Tibbs during the last year. Kassidy has a wheelchair just like Jason had, and Tibbs bears a striking resemblance to Jason's service dog, Boone. It's a perfect match. These two are going to love each other and take care of each other for a long, long time.

Thank you to everyone that supported Jet-Fest. The money donated to PGI will completely pay for the care and training of two service dogs for two years each. YOU made this possible. Jason would be so proud to know that you loved him enough to make this happen. From the bottom of my heart, and from the bottom of all of the Jet-Fest committee, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Exciting update: Part of the JETFest Committee met up last night with Jason's family and Chris Genders representing Youth For Christ to present their portion of the proceeds from JETFest. A total of $7295 was raised and donated to Youth For Christ in Jason's name! THANK YOU to everyone that volunteered, donated items/$, the local businesses that sponsored the event, the musicians that donated their time and talents, Spring Bay Legion, to those that attended JETFest, and to all of you that helped us to spread the word about it through social media! This wouldn't have happened without the love and support of Jason's friends and the wonderful community around us!

We'll be presenting the rest of the proceeds to PAWS Giving Independence in April at "Tibbs" the dog's service dog graduation so stay tuned for future posts on that.

***Also, we will be sharing a video around 2 pm today to officially announce the winner of the signed Foo Fighters album!

More Checkerbox!!! And some more walk-throughs within the crowd.... WOW! So many awesome people attended this epic party for Tibbs! He knew some pretty amazing people, for sure! We are certain he's still smiling from above in awe of what an awesome turnout this was..... and you ALL helped us to raise some seriously impressive funds for 2 of his favorite local charities! There will be more to come on that in the near future.... 💙

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everyone that made this day so successful! It was truly a great day raising money for two great causes in my dads honor! We all had so much fun dancing our hearts out and spending time with everyone that loved my dad so much!

Wow, yesterday was pretty amazing, right?! Thank you so much to everyone that came together to make this day a huge success and a truly amazing celebration for Jason! Come check out the vendors set up at JETFest. They have so many unique crafts and offerings that you won't find elsewhere! The music is sounding great and the crowd is filling in nicely. Raffle drawings will be pulled at 6:30 with the silent auction to follow. Don't miss out! We're enjoying this beautiful day together as we celebrate the life of Jason Edward Tibbs and raise money for some great local charities in his name!

JETFest is getting started so head out to the Spring Bay Legion! We have soooooo many great things in the silent auction/raffle! Here's a quick walk through..... we hope to see all of you here. What a gorgeous day for live music! We have food and an impressive bake sale as well as some vendors set up with plenty of stuff for the kiddos to do. Come on out!
