Spotsylvania Lions Club

Spotsylvania Lions Club Serving since December 20, 1966. Working together to recognize, address, and adapt to the shifting needs of the community through sacrifice and service.

WE SERVE! The Club has raised thousands of dollars in support of community needs through various types of fundraisers, including raffles of all types, firewood sales, broom sales, carnivals, food concessions, craft shows, yard sales, golf tournaments, art and wine shows, spring flower shows, and direct public appeals such as its White Cane Days. The Club’s main focus is the identification of and

service to the sight impaired. The Club has also supported hearing, diabetes, drug awareness, youth programs, and other community needs during its existence. In addition, the Club has also awarded scholarships for a number of years to graduating county seniors and students at Germanna Community College. Membership in the Spotsylvania Lions Club is open to ALL service minded men and women. Its members believe in the Lions Club International motto – WE SERVE – as demonstrated by their many years of service to their local and world communities.

The Spotsylvania Lions Club held their 31st Annual “Swing for Sight-April Delight” Charity Golf Tournament on June 15, 2026, at the Lee’s Hill Golf Club.

One hundred percent of the net proceeds from this event helps support the Spotsylvania Lions Club's Sight, Hearing, Scholarship, and other community service projects.

A total of 77 people participated in the event. Thank you to our sponsors: Access Eyes, District Bonding, Eagle Club, Little Tire, Todd Rump, John Gattuso and Lake of the Woods.
