We are a little over two weeks away from our 2nd annual Youth/money and prize shoot! The attached flier has a breakdown of how the shoot will go. This year participants will shoot a 1/2 indoor round and 10 3D targets!
Don’t forget to pre register so we can start on time!

IMPORTANT RANGE NOTICE

Unfortunately, we’ve already had individuals shooting broadheads into our brand-new range targets. These targets are NOT designed for broadheads.

We put a lot of time, effort, and money into maintaining this range for everyone to enjoy, and broadheads will quickly destroy these targets.

If you use the range and see someone shooting broadheads into the targets, please let them know that broadheads are not permitted.

If this continues, we will have no choice but to remove the targets and close the range, as it simply isn’t financially sustainable to continually replace targets because of improper use.

Please help us take care of the range so we can keep it open and available for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting the range and the equipment.

This Sunday is a shoot for a great cause! It’s the annual St Jude’s shoot being held at Black Knight Bowbenders. Come out and support fighting childhood cancer. See you there!

This weekend our friends at Black Knights have their 100 target shoot. That’s right 100 targets come out and get ready for the upcoming season!

Today council members and members came together to restore the public archery range in Howell NJ. Allison targets were replaced target stands repaired and painted weeds removed and new bow hangers installed.
Thank you Matt,Chris, Rob Tony and Zach for all your worked. Rob even got to be the first one to try the new targets.

Our friends at Appalachian Bowmen kick off two weekends of great 3D shooting this weekend. It’s a great course in the mountains of north jersey. There will be vendors in the barn as well! You have 4 days to get up there and do some great pre season practice!

This free, hands-on program will sharpen your skills with a personal, one-on-one approach through classroom and field instruction in a small group setting.

• Hunter safety and ethical hunting practices.
• Tree stand selection, placement, and safety.

• Tracking, recovery, reporting, and field dressing your harvested deer.
