In the aftermath of tragedy, documentation is critical.

For those in need of help, are those willing to offer that help please follow the link in our bio -

Thorough coverage of spaces damaged, property lost, even stories that are best captured fresh, are all a key part of the healing and restoration processes.

For insurance purposes alone, thorough, high resolution, easily shareable and searchable imagery can make a massive difference when filing claims and facing otherwise faceless insurance companies.

Filmmaker of Eastern Washington as a community is here to offer support and service in any way we can to help those affected by this horrible tragedy to retain their forward momentum.

Community is Critical

For any of our people whose lives and livelihoods were thrown into chaos by the fires of the past few days, do not hesitate for a moment to ask for help.

We have resources at the Apple Box, equipment to help replace what may have been lost, keep you creating, make sure you have the ability to make work and make art no matter the compromise.

Downstairs the incredible operators of the Garland Theater have been rallying everything and more for the community so truly, for anything you need drop us a message, give us a call, and we will help you or help you find help in any way we can.

If you need help documenting the aftermath for insurance, if you need loaner gear to get you through any loss, or if you just need a space to come and create amongst community as you use your art to process the past few days, we are here.

The Apple Box will be running modified standard hours of 2:00-6:00 Thursday through Sunday for now, but our volunteers are on call and the space is accessible at a moments notice, so anything you need to not hesitate to DM us on Instagram We F.E.W! (Filmmakers of Eastern Washington) or email us at [email protected]

Our first official fundraiser! Ticket link in bio!

Join Filmmakers of Eastern Washington for a Spokane exclusive screening of "This Tempting Madness" produced by Spokane local director Jennifer E. Montgomery, and local writer Andrew Davis.

Starring "Bridgerton's" Simone Ashley and Suraj Sharma from "Life of Pi", this intense thriller follows a young woman emerging from a coma to find her memory shattered, her husband in jail, we follow her trying to reconstruct her past and shake her doubts in the reality she finds herself in.

Courtesy of the filmmakers, all proceeds from the screening will go towards supporting the local filmmaking community through We F.E.W!

Choose the "Meet & Greet" option to join us above the theater at "The Apple Box" for an exclusive sit down at 6:30 before the film with the filmmakers.

Doors open at the theater at 7:00 with the show starting promptly at 7:30

Stick around after the show for an open-to-all Q&A with the Filmmakers moderated by host of the "Most Interesting Person" podcast Frank Swoboda!
