Serves Spokane County ONLY Client can receive food twice a month. Please note that the last client sign-in time is 1:00 PM.

If Caritas FB has met the client capacity PRIOR to 1pm we will stop signing clients in Our apologies in advance. Since 1992, Caritas Center, Inc., a collaborative effort of several area churches and local supporters, has been demonstrating Christ's love by caring for our neighbors in need in Northwest Spokane. We are an ecumenical ministry dedicated to equipping and empowering our clients in the m

idst of life's setbacks. Our services include the Table of Plenty, Food Pantry, Transportation Assistance, and Financial Aid for Avista and City of Spokane utilities. Our volunteers provide a warm and cheerful environment where confidentiality is upheld and dignity is valued. Caritas is open from 10:30 to 1:30 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Hello All. Caritas Food Bank has now joined instagram caritas.spokanefb. So bare with us, we are in the infant stages. + I am looking for a social media volunteer to help us maintain our website, facebook and instagram. It will only take an hour or 2 per week, must be savey and knowledgeable. +Our food truck launch was not good. It was so hot only 1 truck showed up. HOWEVER, we are lining up food trucks in August. Please be looking for the post and our lawn signs as the day comes closer. Please come on by and purchase something because a portion of the proceeds benefits Caritas FB. +Caritas FB has a fully functional kitchen. I am looking for a volunteer(s) to come in and prepare a simple recipe by using the products we have on hand, provide samplings to our clients along with a recipe card. No more than 2 hours per week. We can talk about your availability.

LOOK what's coming on THURSDAY, JULY 16th to our parking lot. Caritas will be hosting 3 food trucks starting around 3pm. Enjoy Cuban Food, lemonade w/a hot dog, or have an ice cream. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Caritas Food Bank... Come and Enjoy!!! We will have more trucks to come...

We have this lovely tea service for 4 at Brambleberry's. It would make a great MOTHER'S DAY GIFT. It also includes a Lennox China tea kettle w/butterflies as well as nice linens. Please check out market place and make us an offer. ALL proceeds go to Caritas FB.

For our Gonzaga fans...we will be listing soon on Marketplace a signed team basketball, a banner (both directly from Gonzaga) and hand crafted pen and pencil set. We also have an overnight stay, dinner and spa at the Kootenai Resort(expires 4.26). Remember we are trying to raise funds for the food bank. We need to keep our doors open more now than ever.
