I would like to THANK EL SUENITO for driving from Seattle to support our community. They set up the tent, brought 1000 very tasty tamales to give away to all who wanted them. Any tamales left were donated to Caritas. I'm telling you missed a good tamale!!! Please visit them when you are in Seattle. They have a brewery as well...

Co-owner Osbaldo is leading a small team from Frelard Tamales & El SueƱito to run a FREE tamales pop-up on Wednesday, August 5 from 10AM to 1:30 PM at the Caritas Food Bank. The incredible team at the Caritas Food Bank has agreed to partner with us and let us use their parking lot to set up our pop-up and serve WARM tamales to everyone who stops by. We especially invite those who have been evacuated, lost their homes, or been impacted by the fires, but no one will be turned away. We will have over 1,000 tamales to give away offering meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Our tamales are naturally gluten-free. To ensure we reach as many people as possible, we will limit distribution to two tamales per person. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR FOOD BANK CLIENTS. WE WILL HAVE DESGNATED PARKING SPOTS FOR EL SUENITO!

I love our community! For myself, while this devastation is going on I am able to see the beauty in the community I call home šŸ©·. We band together and help each other out...
