Hey Mamas!
Quiet week this week while we wait for the smoke to clear up more and things to get back to some semblance of normal.

Thursdays meet up in Deer Park is scheduled as usual, meeting at 9:30am at Swinyard Park and walking to Pickett Fence Coffee around 10. We may possibly walk a bit early as well.

Hopefully in the next week the smoke will continue to clear up a lot more and we can get back to Pages in The Park and Nature Play as well.

Hey there Mamas!

We know that there is a lot going on at the moment in and around our city. Thoughts, prayers, vibes are all being sent your way.

Thursdays walk in Deer Park is hopeful but we will keep an eye on air quality and update as needed.

Friday is supposed to be Caffeinated Chapter Chasers (Book Club), but the location we typically meet in is currently in a Level 3 Evacuation Zone. So we will see how things progress and reschedule most likely for another week. I'll post on Friday the book for August just to be on top of things and people will be able to begin reading when they are ready.

Stay safe and we will be here when all this passes.

Here we go this week!

Tuesday at 9:30 am Allison will be at the Haynes Estate Conservation Area for some Nature Play! This just means that we may walk a little bit or stop and just let the kids explore! Allison always brings a few toys to help facilitate play!

Thursday is the Weekly Coffee Walk in Deer Park at 9:30 am with Amanda! At 10 am the group walks to Pickett Fence Coffee for a pick me up and then back to the park for the kids to play!

This week!
Tuesday is our next Pages in the Park with Allison! We will be meeting at 9:15 am at Holmberg Park in North Spokane. Story time theme and activity are yet to be decided.
Pages in the Park is a bi-weekly meet up that will change parks every time to accommodate different areas of town and surrounding areas. Allison will read books and sing songs then have a small activity/craft. After that is playground time for the kids and mamas can talk!

Thursday is the Weekly Coffee Walk in Deer Park! Meet up with the mamas at Swinyard Park at 9:30 am for kids to play! At 10 am we will walk over to Pickett Fence Coffee for drinks and treats! Some mamas and kids choose to stay at the coffee shop, others head back to the park!

Chill week!

Thursday is the Weekly Coffee Walk in Deer Park with Amanda! Meet at Swinyard Park in Deer Park at 9:30 am. At 10, the group will walk to Pickett Fence Coffee for coffee/ food/ treats (optional!) and then back to the park!

Next Caffeinated Chapter Chasers (book club) book is The Secret, Book and Scone Society by Ellery Adams.

At the beginning of the year our readers drew book themes on slips of paper and then had to choose a book for us to read. For the month of July, "cozy mystery" was chosen!

Join us in August to talk about the book and chat about life!
