-Location: Bellevue, WA (Meydenbauer Center or Hyatt Regency - assigned during registration)

Area 11 members did amazing at the State Career Development Conference! Many of them qualified for the International Career Development Conference! Congratulations to everyone who went to SCDC no matter whether or not they placed! Area 11 is so proud of each and every one of its members. Thank you to all the parents, advisors, staff, and volunteers who made this amazing feat possible!

Recently, the Washington DECA State officers had the incredible opportunity to present and advocate for DECA and other CTSOs in front of legislators in Olympia. Then, the state officers went back to Bellevue to continue to plan for the State Career Development Conference as well as other exciting events! Unfortunately, I was sick and unable to attend many of the events but I was able to zoom-in to many important planning sessions. Can't wait to see everyone at SCDC!

The Area 11 Conference went great! Members all over Area 11 participated in an exciting and engaging day full of competitions and learning. They also voted for the 2024-2025 Area 11 President. Congratulations to everyone who made it to State and good job to all members! A big thank you to staff and volunteer judges for their dedication and help throughout the conference. Your work is truly helping in more ways than imaginable!

I was so honored to attend the Fall Leadership Conference. I got to meet so many incredible members of Washington DECA and I even got to help out and lead the Advanced Chapter Leadership Academy for chapter officers.
