REMEMBER we are now the only dedicated maternity home for pregnant moms, 18 and over, in the Spokane/CDA area!

YES!! We paid the balloon payment, but the bills are ongoing.

Just 12 of you at $20 a month pays the water bill, however, this will go up as moms move in taking showers, doing laundry, bathing babies, etc.

Just 5 at $100 a month pays our insurance.. this covers the house and contents just like your home, commercial liability, professional, theft/cyber/computer attacks, crime, and Directors & Officers, that covers the board, officers and volunteers. After we get a van (donated!), we will add auto coverage.

Just 1 @ $250 a month covers a pregnant moms rent/stipend for a month.. we charge a little rent to help them learn to budget, and to help our steady income.. we help them get back in school or into a job so they can make their own income and learn to be responsible with it.. in preparation for being on their own..

Just 5 at $500 a month will pay our monthly mortgage.. as soon as we have enough steady income, we can refinance into a less expensive loan

We REALLY cannot do this without YOU as a partner. God gave us the vision, we believed and got the house ready and we have moms waiting. PLEASE believe in this vision with us.. FOR them.. FOR LIFE!!
This doesn't even include staffing. This IS a very expensive endeavor. How much oil will you pour out?
