🚚 28 BED DELIVERIES TODAY! 💤
​Today was an absolutely incredible day in Spokane! Because of an amazing community effort, 28 local children will go to sleep tonight tucked into their very own warm, safe beds.

​A massive SHOUT OUT to the incredible volunteers who showed up today. Delivery days take a lot of muscle, heart, and dedication, and we couldn't possibly do this without our amazing crew. You are the hands and feet of this mission!

🛏️ BEDDING DRIVE — and we need YOUR help, Spokane! 🛏️

We're so grateful to announce that Life Center Church is hosting a bedding drive to support Sleep in Heavenly Peace – Spokane Chapter, providing beds for kids in our community who don't have one to sleep in! 🙌

Bring NEW and UNUSED bedding to Life Center Church next Sunday, June 7!

Items needed:
✅ Twin or twin XL sheet sets
✅ Twin or twin XL comforters
✅ Twin bed-in-a-bag sets
✅ Standard-sized pillows

Exciting News!! 🗣

Recently SHP-Spokane has been blessed with the gift of abundance!🎉

We have had so many amazing volunteers, and so many generous donations, that we have been able to make and surpass many goals. We had a long list, and now with so many successful builds and deliveries we are looking to assist more children in need.

With that being said, we are now looking for more families that are in need! There are still kids in our community sleeping on the floor, or other circumstances, and we are here to help!

We have open applications, so if your child, or someone you know is in need of a new bed, look no further! 🛌

Our goal is to make sure no kid sleeps on the floor in our town! If you know anyone in need please spread the word!

🔨 TALK ABOUT BLOWING GOALS OUT OF THE WATER! 🚀
​On Saturday May 16th, we teamed up with an incredible group of people from Life Center Church for our bed build, and to say they brought the energy is an understatement.
​Going into the day, we had a goal of building 25 beds for kids in our community.
​But Life Center didn’t just meet the goal... they absolutely shattered it. Thanks to an army of passionate volunteers, relentless energy, and a whole lot of sawdust, we built a whopping 57 BEDS! 🎉🛌
​By The Numbers:
​Target Goal: 25 beds
​Actual Built: 57 beds 🤯
​The Impact: Soon 57 children will no longer be sleeping on the floor or uncomfortable situations. Instead they will be getting the sweet dreams and cozy nights they deserve.
​"The energy was electric, the community showed up, and because of this team's hard work we will be making a bigger impact in our community.
We are so incredibly grateful!"
​To everyone from Life Center Church who grabbed a drill, carried a piece of lumber, or cheered us on—THANK YOU! You didn't just build beds on Saturday; you built hope, comfort, and community.

🛌 Cause for Celebration! 🎊

This last weekend we partnered with Lowe's for a build, and it went amazing!

We had around 30 Lowes employees on board, joining our team in order to build 25 beds!

Along with them, we had some volunteers from SDSN come out to join in the build!

We also would like to give a huge shout out to those from Re Bath that showed up and helped us on Saturday.

With all hands on deck we accomplished so much!

Our goal was 50, and while we built 25, we still were supplied with the lumber to make the rest of the 25!! 🎉🎈 That itself is another huge win!

Thank you to all of the many hands that made this job fun and efficient! Whether you realize it or not, you played a part in providing 25 kiddos with a fundamental part of their nights rest! We couldn't have had this successful build without everyone!
