Another great service project completed by our amazing group of SANEWA member volunteers. It says something, that this group of professionals working across the scope of senior services take this time out of their busy work days to enhance the lives of our local seniors in communities across Spokane. Thanks to our event coordinator, Jen, who marshals the troops so well, and thank you to all who showed up, rolled up your sleeves and made this happen! Many hands do make light work!

Tomorrow! Wear your gardening clothes to the meeting, grab a coffee, network and then we'll head to Wedgewood Park Senior Living with our tools and gloves and make some magic happen!!! The coffee truck will be at Riverview Retirement Community for us at 7:15. Looking forward to seeing you all!

Join us on Tuesday, May 19th for our meeting and get a free drink from Have Beans, Will Travel (they'll be there at 7:15) and after the meeting from ( which lasts from 8-9 am), we'll head to Wedgewood Park Senior Living and give their outdoor areas some love!!! We’re excited that we got to participate in the American Empathy Project on May 2nd! Led by the American Humanist Association, the American Empathy Project has funded 101 service projects nationwide that will empower community members to combat our country’s crisis of cruelty. One day of action — one unified push to fight for empathy!
