Spokane Area Youth Choirs

Spokane Area Youth Choirs Founded in 1987, the Spokane Area Youth Choirs provides vocal training to school-aged singers. Come and sing with us!

Each sequential choir level includes weekly rehearsals, performance opportunities, and age-appropriate music theory instruction.

Saturday's concert has a very special song! Dear friends commissioned a piece this season by Olivia Brownlee to celebrate Executive Director Sarah Hopkins' 25 years with SAYC. On Saturday, Vivace Choir will perform 'Sarah Sees'. It's quirky and sassy and full of heart, like everything Olivia creates! (Sarah just 'might' be crying...don't mention it!)

Spokane Area Youth Choirs invites students in rising grades 2-8 to join us for our 5th annual Summer Choir Camp, August 3-7, 2026. Thanks to Opportunity Presbyterian Church for their generous partnership, we're bringing SAYC Summer Choir Camp to the Spokane Valley! Do you know a great singer? Maybe a youngster who has wondered about choir? Come see what group singing is all about! Camp activities include music literacy and skill building, exciting group games, crafting and friends. Space is limited and registration fills quickly! $50 materials fee per student. We hope you can join us this summer!
