roes Home team of providers, you will receive discounts on your appraisal, your inspection and receive a rebate from the broker equal to 15% of the commission they receive. Depending on the type of loan you obtain, this rebate may be in the form of a check issued to a vendor of your choice to purchase items for you new home, such as appliances, furniture, landscaping, paint, etc… or if your loan will allow it, the funds can be used towards your closing costs or simply issued back to you to deposit with your bank and used however you would like, just like cash!
