We had such a great time at the Community Partners Fair at Church! 💙A big thank you to Summit South for inviting Cup of Cool Water to be part of this gathering and giving us the chance to connect with so many incredible organizations and people doing good work throughout Spokane.

We loved getting to meet new faces, reconnect with others in our community, and share a little more about what’s happening at Cup.

We’re so thankful to be part of a community filled with people who care deeply and continue to show up for one another. 💧

Happy Birthday, Aiden 🎉

Some people walk into a room and change the whole atmosphere and Aiden is definitely one of those people.

Between the endless jokes, contagious laughter, big personality, and questionably incredible dance moves 😂🕺, he has a way of bringing light wherever he goes.

But what we’re most grateful for is the way Aiden shows up for our young adults. He connects with them genuinely, brings joy into the space, and helps make Cup feel like a place where people can simply be themselves.

Aiden, we hope today you’re reminded of how loved, appreciated, and celebrated you are. May this next year be full of abundant blessings, joy, growth, and unforgettable moments.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that emerged in the midst of tragedy.

September 11th, showed us the strength of a community that comes together, cares for one another, and offers hope when it is needed most.

That spirit mattered then, and it still matters today. May we continue to show up for one another, care for our neighbors, and carry that spirit of community forward.

A huge thank you to our friends at Waypoint Community Church Spokane Valley for their incredible generosity and continued support of our mission. They have come alongside us in so many meaningful ways, and we are especially grateful for the sock drive they recently organized for our youth.

Because of their congregation's kindness, over 600 pairs of socks were collected to help meet a basic but critical need for young people experiencing homelessness. Something as simple as a clean, warm pair of socks can provide comfort, dignity, and care to a youth navigating difficult circumstances.

Thank you, Waypoint Community Church, for faithfully serving our community and for showing our youth that they are seen, valued, and loved. We are so grateful for your partnership!

Help us give a warm welcome to Aiden, our newest Youth Advocate! While he’s only been with us for a month, it honestly feels like he’s been part of the Cup family much longer. He jumped right in, instantly connected with the team, and found his place with the young adults we serve.

His great sense of humor, easygoing personality, and, of course, killer dance moves🕺 have already brought so much fun and energy to our team. We’re so grateful to have Aiden on board and can’t wait to watch him grow, flourish, and make an impact in the lives of the young adults we serve.

Happy Birthday, Ian! 🎉

You are truly one of a kind! You are *nonstop*, always on the go, always willing to jump in, help wherever you’re needed, and somehow you seem to know a little bit about absolutely everything. Your resourcefulness, knowledge, and willingness to step up never go unnoticed.

But beyond all that, we’re especially grateful for your heart to serve your community and, in particular, the young adults we have the privilege of walking alongside. Your passion, dedication, and genuine care make such a difference.

We’re so grateful to work alongside you, call you a friend, and simply know you. We hope this next year brings you plenty of reasons to celebrate, rest, laugh, and know just how appreciated you are.
