Community-Minded Enterprises ECEAP Enrollment is point and income based system. We are located on 55th Ave of Spokane's South Hill.

Community-Minded - ECEAP prepares preschool aged children for kinder readiness, focusing on the well-being of the whole child by providing in-depth nutrition, health, education and family support services. The Community-Minded ECEAP program is funded by Community Colleges of Spokane and the Washington State Department of Child and Youth Family Services and is run by Community-Minded Enterprises. Our newly remodeled center offers 40 full day slots divided between two classrooms. The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington’s pre-kindergarten program preparing low-income children for success in school and in life. ECEAP focuses on the well-being of the whole child by providing in-depth nutrition, health, education, and family support services.

Things got fired up in our ECEAP classrooms today!
City of Spokane Fire Department Engine 11 spent the morning with our ECEAP classrooms, sharing a fire safety lesson and a close-up look at the engine. There was a lot of excitement, especially when it came time to sit in the driver’s seat.
Joan, our Family Support Services Advocate, also took a turn and may be reconsidering her career path 😉
