First and foremost, our hearts are with all of the members of our soccer community affected by the wildfires across our region.

Our tournament committee has decided to extend the registration deadline until Tuesday to provide some time for coaches, managers, players, families, and teams that may need a couple extra days to assess and decide their ability to play.

At this time, the fields at Plantes Ferry have fortunately not been affected by the wildfires. We are approaching the capacity limit of the venue so we will make a decision on Tuesday if we need to extend the tournament timeline or find nearby additional fields and communicate those alternatives to all registered teams.

We will continue to monitor the local wildfire and Air Quality conditions as we get closer to the event and hope we can provide a brief opportunity to return to some semblance of normalcy for all of our local soccer families.

We are heartbroken by the devastation our Spokane community is experiencing from the ongoing wildfires. Several members of our WE SURF SC family have been directly impacted, and our thoughts are with everyone affected.

Out of respect for our community, in support of those impacted, and due to unhealthy air quality, all Spokane training sessions are canceled August 3–7.

The safety and well-being of our players, families, coaches, and staff will always come first.
