A Huge congratulations to club member Emmily Smith and Moose on an incredible first horse show experience at the IEAHC Memorial Classic Horse Show!
This was not only Emmily's very first show, but also Moose's first time ever attending a horse show, and what an amazing debut it was!
Together they were named Unanimous Champion in Arabian/Half-Arabian Dressage Seat on the rail! What a wonderful accomplishment for this special team.
We are so proud of both of you for stepping into the show ring with confidence, grace, and such a positive attitude. The future looks very bright for Emmily and Moose, and we cannot wait to watch your journey continue.
Congratulations on a truly memorable first show!!

As we wrap up another wonderful IEAHC Memorial Classic Horse Show, we would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to so many amazing people who helped make this show such a success!

First, thank you to our incredible judges , Deb Thomas, Trevor Miller, and Clint Sawyer. We truly appreciated not only your judging expertise, but also how fun, approachable, and educational you were throughout the show. Your positive energy and professionalism made the weekend such a great experience for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to our paddock master, Chet Holmquist, for doing such an outstanding job keeping horses and exhibitors moving smoothly in and out of the gate. Your hard work did not go unnoticed, and hearing praise from the judges themselves says so much about the job you did!

Thank you to Pete Rasmussen, our ringmaster this year. Pete spent countless hours on his feet running back and forth making sure everything stayed on track, and we are so grateful for all of your hard work and dedication throughout the entire show.

A special thank you to our announcer, Doug Archibald, for doing such a fantastic job throughout the show weekend. A great announcer helps keep the show flowing smoothly while also bringing great energy and professionalism to the arena, and we truly appreciated all of your hard work!

A sincere thank you as well to our compliance officer, Brenda Driediger, for all of your help behind the scenes helping keep everything running smoothly throughout the show weekend.

We would also like to recognize those who are not pictured but were such an important part of making this show successful.

Thank you to our assistant show manager, Kim Rasmussen, who also headed up hospitality. Kim worked incredibly hard, and the hospitality and food were absolutely wonderful all weekend long!

Thank you to Jennifer and Allie Brown for doing such a great job with awards and ribbons. Your hard work helping recognize our exhibitors was truly appreciated.

A special thank you to Kelsey Tallman, our treasurer, for all of your hard work and support behind the scenes helping everything come together.

And thank you to our show secretary, Randy Prieser, for all of the many details and long hours that go into helping a horse show run smoothly and successfully.

And finally, a very special thank you to our show manager, Carol Rasmussen. Carol put countless hours into organizing and putting this show together, and she did a truly fabulous job. Shows like this simply do not happen without the dedication, experience, and hard work of people like her.

It truly takes a team to put on a successful horse show, and we are so thankful for every single person who gave their time, energy, and heart to this year’s Memorial Classic. We appreciate all of you more than words can say! 💙
