Our goal is to get you into the game and foster athleticism and fun for skaters of all skill levels. Inland EmPower Spokane is a non-profit roller derby league run by the members, for the members. We are dedicated to the empowerment of our members of every physical/athletic skill level. We facilitate the development of athletic ability, sportsmanship, and we foster goodwill among fellow leagues. W

e strive to have a safe, fun, professionally run and competitive league, with dedicated trainers to help every member reach her/his own personal goals. Our league is deeply involved with the community and we support the Spokane area and many causes in the community through various events, activities and charitable donations.

General information

Dues are $35/month or $5 drop-in fee per practice. Practices are open to anyone aged 18 or older and proper identification is required as well as willingness to sign a waiver to skate. Personal insurance is strongly encouraged for anyone participating in a full-contact sport like roller derby. Required Practice Gear: Quad speed skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet, fitted mouthguard and athletic shoes. If you do not have this equipment, rental is available at Krunch Skate Shop. Contact us for practice information!
