The Spokane Woman’s Club, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization, is committed to helping make our community a better place for women and their families. ganization for adults of all ages and backgrounds. Our community service areas stem from our affiliation with General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC). Last Friday, we hosted this year’s Equity For All event at the Woman's Club of Spokane with a panel discussion led by key experts in the mental health field. Participants had the option of joining us in person or attending virtually.

The The Learning Project Network Step Team & song performance by Latrice Williams rounded out the night focused on mental wellness in our communities of color.

The panelists shared perspectives and lived experiences from their professions and their lived experiences as they discussed barriers, self-care, and why everyone should prioritize their mental wellness.
