At Birch Meadows, the difference isn’t the building- it’s the people inside it.

Our staff lead with relationship, not rules. They build trust, they show up, and they care in a way you can’t fake. It’s why kids make real progress here. It’s why social workers stop by and tell us, “You all are doing it right.”

There’s risk every time we take a kid out into the community… but we do it anyway, because they deserve the chance to make a good choice. And you can see it- in their confidence, in their growth, and in the way our team genuinely loves them.

This is what makes Birch Meadows different.
