həɬmxiɬp Indigenous Birth Justice held a celebration this evening to show our appreciation to everyone that believed in us, took a huge leap of faith, and allowed us to be a part of their journey. We honored our Doula families, Childbirth Education students, Coming of Age youth, families, & seconds, and our Pregnancy ceremony & Indigenous Women's Social Circle ladies!
We had an amazing turnout!! We shared space, stories, and a meal. We played games, learned a craft, and had a giveaway! xast t̓ mrim̓stn̓. xast k̓l̓ iʔ spuʔústət.
