UPDATE: Today

Martiin Diaz Update:
Martin was tackled by several ICE agents, and then one of them claimed he assaulted them so he faces assault on a federal officer. We have clear video evidence of the encounter yet this case is continuing.
He is still being held in county jail (currently located at Spokane) and he will remain there until his trial, because he is a "flight risk." The trial is currently pending a set date but we are looking at late October to early November.
This has impacted both of our lives in more ways than I can explain. He has lost his freedom, contact with everyone he knows, and is terrified for his future. I had to pack up our house and move, the business Martin built officially went under, and we have to start selling all of our assets. I haven't held my husband in over 3 months, and we still have a ways to go.
I wake up most days fearful for what else we are going to lose. The reality and likelihood of Martin being able to stay in this county after this nightmare is over is minimal. When he is deported, I will take the doggies and we will go strait to Mexico to start over. We pray that God's will keeps us close to family but we know that regardless of the outcome, we are going to make the best of it.
I appreciate all the love, support, prayers and assistance we have received during this time.
