Our Purpose
To engage business owners and leaders in a thoughtful, compassionate plan to address mental health, homelessness, drug addiction, youth homelessness, and contributing factors on methods to improve our communities. Our Mission
 To engage with others to provide a meaningful local response to a growing local and national home

lessness, addiction and mental health problem which negatively impacts the City of Spokane, our region, our communities and our families. Our Approach
 To assemble a group of committed, compassionate leaders from a variety of backgrounds, industries and sectors to create and implement a comprehensive community action plan. We will consider applicable proven strategies and initiatives. We will leverage existing financial resources to develop a sustainable plan for the future that provides for the respect and dignity of individuals, while ensuring accountability and positive outcomes. Our Vision
 To build the cleanest, safest and best downtown and city possible. We intend to create full-spectrum solutions that address addiction, recovery, mental health, housing, job training, employment, accountability and self-sufficiency to ensure sustainable long-term solutions.

To address the issues we are seeing on the streets, homes and in communities we need to deal head on with the issues of adequately dealing with the systems that need our supports. Michael Grey from the Treatment Advocacy Center will discuss the barriers and history of the laws that create the barriers.

Unjust outcomes are why Congress must repeal the IMD exclusion and why advocates are turning up the pressure on state governments to find an answer until Congress acts.
