In construction, we invest a lot in keeping our people safe. We provide training, certifications, equipment, and procedures to make sure everyone goes home at the end of the day.

But safety is about more than just physical safety.

Su***de continues to take far too many lives in our industry, and We can change that together.

On October 23 we are hosting the ABC's Total Human Health Breakfast. We will talk about what it means to care for the whole person:

Body: Fatigue, Ergonomics, Injury Prevention
Mind: Gratitude, Prosperity, Stress Management
Heart: Relationships, Connections, Community
Soul: Purpose, Values, Growth

I encourage you to come, bring your team, and help us change the way our industry thinks about safety.

Double the birthdays, double the reason to celebrate!

Tammy and Nichole may be birthday twins, but they each bring their own special kind of magic to our ABC team!

❤️ Tammy is the heart of the group. Nurturing, deeply caring, and never afraid to shed a tear when her heart gets involved. She has a way of making everyone feel genuinely cared for.

💛 Nichole brings thoughtfulness with a healthy dose of fun! She’s kind, attentive, incredibly funny, and always ready to add a little playfulness to the day.

Two birthdays. Two wonderfully unique women. One very lucky ABC team.

Happy Birthday to our birthday twins, Tammy & Nichole!

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the first responders, service members, construction professionals, and everyday citizens who answered tragedy with extraordinary courage and compassion.

We hold close the families whose lives were forever changed and remain deeply grateful for the selflessness and unity shown in the days that followed.

May we never forget those we lost, those who served, and the strength we find when we stand together.
