🏆UNDEFEATED GOLD BRACKET CHAMPIONS🏆

From battling the heat one weekend to barely being able to feel our fingers and toes the next🥶😂, these Warriors showed up, battled through the cold, and left it all on the field! And when it was all said and done, they brought home something special…
THE FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP IN WARRIORS HISTORY IN A GOLD BRACKET!🏆⚾️❤️
Our 12U Warriors finished their Fall season UNDEFEATED, going 7-0-1 across eight games and capping it off with two incredible wins on championship Sunday! They defeated the 509 Outlaws 11-4 in the semifinal before going against the Valley Phantoms 11U in the ‘ship and winning 6-1 to claim the gold🥇
And the numbers tell part of the story:
⚾️ 86 runs scored and just 38 allowed this season
🔥 .463 team batting average and .575 OBP
💥 87 hits, including 15 doubles, 2 triples and 2 home runs
🏃🏻 57 stolen bases
💪🏼 44 strikeouts by our pitching staff
And so much more! But the stats, the wins, and even the championship rings only tell part of this story.
What makes this group so special is everything that happens beyond the numbers. These athletes faced close games, tough moments, changing conditions, and plenty of challenges throughout the season. They never stopped fighting. They trusted one another, picked each other up, and continued to put in the work all season long.
Many of these warriors are multi-sport athletes this season, balancing baseball with other commitments. They all still showed up and gave their very best to this team. That dedication, commitment, and love for the game does not go unnoticed.
Watching these athletes grow together has been one of the greatest privileges of this journey for us coaches. They aren’t just teammates anymore. They’re FAMILY. On the field, in the dugout, and beyond the game. The friendships they’ve built, the trust they’ve developed, and the love they have for one another is what makes this group so special.
Since starting SVW, we’ve been fortunate to experience some incredible moments. We’ve also experienced the heartbreak of coming up short when a championship was within reach. But this time? These Warriors didn’t back down. They didn’t fold. They finished what they started, and they made some SVW history doing it🥹
To our athletes: be proud of what you’ve accomplished, but be even prouder of the teammates you’ve become. This championship is a reflection of your hard work, resilience, commitment, and belief in one another.
To our coaches and families: thank you for the time, sacrifice, support and countless hours invested in these Warriors. This journey wouldn’t be possible without you.
And now…. On to the next chapter!⚾️ This upcoming Spring/Summer this group of Warriors will be moving up to 13U, facing new challenges, longer distances and another opportunity to grow. There’s work to do this offseason, but if this season has shown us anything, it’s that this group is ready to embrace the challenge! 🙌🏼
