There were 77 innocent animals killed at SCRAPS within the month of August 2026. Slaughtered.
No licensed behavioral evaluation specialist employed or on site. No legal Veterinarian on sight to verify any lab work or decide if any of those Dogs or Cats could be saved, sent to dog training obedience class, Sent to the Veteran program or the prison training, one on one, program.
Who is making the decision to just Kill and (open up space) to just kill the new unwanted dogs and cats?
WHO?
Tell us Who?
We’ve been told that a man named Scott Simmons, whom oversees the fellow Commissioners and is seen as the “Wizard of Oz” shouting orders at the SCRAPS animal slaughterhouse facility. (We have video of your SCRAPS employee killing a kitten. He used no sedative, he just slammed the needle in and threw the dying little soul into the corner of the cage where it died.
SCOTT… be sure to use the humane steps. Give the damn sedative first.

Please everyone share this information. We are forming evidence and are determined to STOP the killings. We are tax payers
and its our money that is supporting this frightful slaughter house.

Our local Spokane County Animal Control named SCRAPS. This is how our property tax money is spent. The taxes that we are forced to pay. We certainly do not want to support this slaughter house.
Please share this video. We all need to be aware.
