The Indians sweep the Braves! Congratulations to the boys and girls JV and Varsity teams who all won their games tonight!!

Spirit Lake Boys Varsity Basketball over the Cherokee Braves 65-44.

The boys will be back in action January 2 in their home postponed match up with LeMars.

In a battle of two undefeated Lakes Conference teams, the Spirit Lake Indians take down the Cherokee Braves. The Indians finish 2024 with a 7-0 record! Enjoy Christmas break and we look forward to seeing what the new year brings!

They will both take on the Cherokee Braves Friday night, then will be off until the New Year.

Congratulations to Spirit Lake Senior Dietrich Dirks who signed today with Northwestern College to continue his Academic, Track and Cross Country careers.

He is the son of Nathan and Sarah Dirks and is pictured here with Northwestern’s Coach Bahrke.

Okoboji Motor Company is SO excited to be able to recognize the successes of Spirit Lake football this season with a check for $4,300 to the Spirit Lake Athletic Booster Club, $100 for every touchdown scored at home during the 2024 season. This offense could not be stopped!!
