Considering your SHRM-CP certification, or onto the SCP certification? Our NWIA/SWMN SHRM Chapter is providing SHRM Certification Assistance offering to selected members who apply to take the exam in 2026.
We want to bring our assistance offering to your attention as now is the perfect time to pair the Certification assistance with the Prep course offered by the University of Sioux Falls, which is starting on March 10th. Please see details below regarding the assistance and prep course!
Are you preparing for your SHRM Certification? NWIA/SWMN SHRM is now providing up to $200 to support your efforts!
• Award per person is a maximum of $200 to be reimbursed after successful completion of the certification
• Student members are eligible to apply
• Specialty Credentialing support is eligible to apply, priority will be given to SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP applicants
• Requests are to be submitted to our chapter board for the 2026 testing window
• Gifts are subject to board approval and based on budget capacity
How to apply for NWIA SHRM certification assistance?

o Name
o Contact Information (mailing address, email address, phone number)
o Business Name and Title (or indicate student and your college)
o Date you anticipate testing
o Certification pursuing
o Brief summary how the SHRM certification will benefit your career goals

The University of Sioux Falls' SHRM Certification Prep+ is now available for remote learners!
We are thrilled to announce that remote learners can now join classes in real-time via MS Teams.
