On Wednesday, June 10, LTTA board member Kim Fox attended the ribbon cutting for Frios Gourmet Pops welcoming this exciting new business to the Lake Travis community.

Frios serves Lake Travis and the greater Austin area with premium frozen pops in a variety of delicious flavors, making them a perfect addition to school events, sports tournaments, neighborhood gatherings, fundraisers, and community celebrations.

At the Lake Travis Tennis Association, we believe strong communities are built through partnerships, volunteerism, and support for local businesses. Just as tennis brings people together on the court, businesses like Frios help create connections throughout our community!

LTTA and Highway 71 Brewing are hosting a free Adult Red Ball Tennis Social Event on June 24. Red ball tennis is played with a small racquet on a short court with a low compression ball. No tennis experience necessary! Two complimentary beers for players and registration information is below. Spots are limited so sign up now!

Red Ball Tennis is for all skill levels—no previous experience required! Played on a shorter court with low-compression balls and smaller racquets, it’s an easy and fun way to jump into a new sport. Registration is free but limited. Equipment provided.

Registration opened today for our summer season of Courts & Cocktails, our adult doubles social league! The league brings together players weekly for friendly doubles matches. We still have full season spots available as well as weekly drop in sessions! For more info, click below or email [email protected]!

Courts & Cocktails is an adult mixed doubles social league offered by LTTA! The 10-week league brings together 32 full season players weekly on Wednesday evenings for friendly doubles matches held at the Lake Travis High School tennis courts.

Big win to start the season for the Volley Lamas! 🦙🎾

LTTA’s first-ever USTA League team opened the season with a victory today! Huge thanks to our co-captains Richard Evans and Natalie Malnor, our players, and Legend Tennis Academy for giving us a home court for league play.

This mixed doubles team represents an exciting new chapter for LTTA as we continue growing adult tennis opportunities in the Lake Travis area. Here’s to a fun season of competition, community, and plenty more Sundays on the courts!

Our Adult Red Ball event welcomed players of all levels, with many picking up a racquet for the very first time. Within minutes, rallies were happening, games were underway, and connections were being made.

A big thank you to Racquet Lifestyle for leading match play and keeping the energy high, and to Legend Tennis Academy for hosting us at their beautiful facility.

And a special touch—select players took home exclusive designer tennis totes from Le Courte. ✨
