We’re hiring a Director of Program Ministries!
Water’s Edge Ministries is looking for a collaborative, systems-minded Director of Program Ministries to strengthen and connect our ministries across Green Lake Bible Camp, Shores of St. Andrew Bible Camp, Camp House, and Day Camp.

In this year-round leadership role, you’ll support and supervise site and program directors, bring teams together to plan and prepare for each season, and build shared systems that help our ministries thrive. Your leadership will help ensure our programs are high-quality, reflect our mission, and welcome people into meaningful experience.

We’re looking for someone who loves leading and supporting other leaders, brings clarity to complex work, and helps teams work well together - with mission at the center.

📍 Based near Spicer/New London, Minnesota
⛺ Year-round, full-time leadership role
🌊 Regular presence across Water’s Edge Ministries program sites

📣 Dinner Theater tickets are available now!

Enjoy the show alongside a four course meal complete with hors d'oeuvres, salad course, main course and dessert course. Between acts of the show, the next course is served and smaller musical acts play Christmas music in a variety of styles. As the course finishes up, the next act starts and the show continues. You're sure to leave full and entertained!

This is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your family, friends, and coworkers - be sure to order early if you are bringing a crowd!

The Dinner Theater is coming soon, and we need help! We’re looking for volunteers to help us put on a great show – actors, choir members, musicians, kitchen help, set design, painting, building and more!

Dinner Theater rehearsals will be on Mondays at 6:30 PM at Green Lake Bible Camp, beginning October 5. The rehearsal schedule is as follows: October 5, 12, 19 and 26; November 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; December 1, 7 and 8.

And we need volunteers to fill other roles at all 5 shows too, helping as servers, greeters, coffee and punch tables, and more!

What does Water’s Edge Ministries actually do?

The answer is simple: We share Jesus.

We do it through camp ministry, retreats, service experiences, hospitality, worship, and relationships.
Every meal served, cabin cleaned, counselor trained, campfire built, and worship service planned points toward one purpose: helping people encounter the life-changing love of Jesus.

This summer, children explored faith alongside trusted mentors. Families worshipped together. Young adults discovered gifts for leadership and service. Retreat guests found rest, renewal, and encouragement.

These are more than successful programs. They are living stories of the Gospel at work—and supporters like you help make them possible.
