Popup program!! Spring Springing Hike Thursday, March 5 @ 6:00pm
Winter is loosening its grip, and signs of spring are beginning to emerge! Join us for an evening hike as we look for budding trees, migrating birds, animal activity, and the subtle changes that tell us a new season is here. Meet at the Oneota Learning Center parking lot at Oneota Park. We’ll head out on the trail shortly after 6:00 PM.

No need to sign up — just come with your family! Dress for the weather and bring your curiosity. Let’s see what spring has in store!

A quiet morning at Oneota Park 🌅🌙Sunrise + waning moon = pure peace.

A waning crescent means we’re in the final phase of the lunar cycle — the Moon is gently shrinking in illumination, preparing for a new moon. It’s a phase that symbolizes rest, reflection,and reset. And watching it fade into the glow of sunrise felt like nature’s reminder that endings and beginnings can happen at the same time.
