Join us for Movie in the Park! 🎬 The Spencer Jaycees are excited to kick off Spencer Flagfest weekend with Movie in the Park-Party in the Park on Friday, June 12 at North School Park!

We’ll be showing Zootopia 2. The movie starts at 9 PM, but come early to get a good spot and enjoy fun activities before the show! 🍿🍦Water, popcorn, and ice cream will be available.

Our first annual Jaycees Classic ‘Fore the kids’ is coming up! We are just over a month away and it will be here before we know it!

Come out and enjoy 18 holes of golf, lunch provided by Fareway Stores Spencer and grilled by Clay County Cattlemen, fun hole prizes, large payouts(3 flights) and even a chance at a BIG hole in 1 prize!

Spots are filling up FAST! Please make sure to sign your team up ASAP!

We are accepting pre-pay for your entry fee!! This will guarantee your spot at our event and is preferred to make the day of easier on everyone!

Our annual sandbox fill was a success! Thank you to all the patrons who purchased sand for their little ones, we hope they enjoy it to the fullest!

Also a big thank you to Dave’s Sand and Gravel for sponsoring the event and our hardworking Jaycee volunteers for spending their morning shoveling, carrying and moving sand!! It isn’t an easy feat moving that much sand, we appreciate all of them for taking the time to also organize orders and ensure timely delivery!

Our Annual Sandbox Fill is coming up on Saturday, May 16th!

Get your sandbox ready for summer with fresh sand delivered right to your home. The first wheelbarrow load is $15, and each additional load is just $5.

Preorders are required, so be sure to reserve your spot by texting Lucas at 816-617-1602 by May 13th. Deliveries will be made the morning of the 16th.

Payment (cash or Venmo -jaycees) is due on the day of delivery.

From flipping burgers at the Fair Stand 🍔 and hosting the Jaycees Classic Golf Event ⛳️ to hiding hundreds of Easter eggs 🥚 and filling sandboxes for local kids—the Spencer Jaycees are all about giving back and having a blast while doing it!

We’re a group of young adults (ages 18–40) dedicated to leadership, community service, and personal growth. Whether you’ve seen our Tree of Joy 🎄, went to the movie in the park 🎥 or enjoyed our events around town, we want YOU to be part of the crew.

Join us for The First Annual Jaycees Classic ‘Fore the kids’!

This will be a fun filled day on The Spencer Municipal Golf Course dedicated to making a difference in the lives of local children.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just in it for the fun, this event is all about coming together as a community to support a meaningful cause. Expect a day of food, golf, prizes and laughs!

🏌️‍♀️Register your team, become a sponsor or come cheer on the players! Every swing helps support programs that benefit kids right here in our community 🏌️‍♂️

Cost is $300 per team, 4-person scramble. Lunch provided. Cart sold separately.

Payouts are $600 for the winning team, $400 for second place, and $300 for third place for all three flights.

We were very fortunate to receive a grant from this great group! This will help us out for many years to come, and we are extremely grateful for this opportunity in our community 🙌🏼

The Clay County Community Foundation proudly awarded $151,780 to 24 Clay County non-profit organizations/public entities on March 26! A great night of celebrating the amazing work these organizations do to enhance the quality of life in our community 🙂
