The IMS Museum represents more than a century of motorsports history and is driven by its mission to celebrate and preserve the history behind the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indianapolis 500. Museum Admission Cost:
Members: FREE
Adults: $15
Seniors (age 62+): $14
Youth (age 6-15): $8
Children (5 and under): Free

Summer camps start next week! *When camps are in session, the Innovation Workshop will be closed to guests.*

Spaces are still available for three camps:
-Faces of the "500" in partnership with BorgWarner: June 15-19, 1st-3rd grade
-Racing Careers: July 6-10, 5th-8th grade
-Robo Racers: July 13-17, 4th-7th grade

Camps run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Before/after care is available for an additional fee. Register today at imsmuseum.org/summer-camps

Join us for Cars & Coffee presented by Central Indiana Chevy Dealers on Saturday, June 13 from 8-11 a.m.! Showcase your car, truck, or motorcycle at this free community event and connect with other automotive enthusiasts in the Museum's parking lot.

Coffee will be available for purchase from Java House with proceeds benefiting the Museum. Free donuts from PANA donuts will be available while supplies last.

Did you know the Town of Speedway turns 100 years old this year?

To celebrate, the Speedway Centennial Committee is asking for contributions to a time capsule, whether that's writing a story, sharing photos, or including mementos.

Deadline for submissions are August 1, at the following drop-off locations:
-Speedway Municipal Center on 5300 Crawfordville Road
-Speedway Public Library at 5633 W 25th Street

Share your Speedway history. Write a letter, a story, and/or offer your photos, images, and artwork to include in the Centennial Time Capsule. Deliver items to the Speedway Municipal Center, the Speedway Public library, or send to [email protected]

Introducing the newest members of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame: Giampaolo Dallara and Scott Dixon!

One week ago, these two INDYCAR legends were inducted at a ceremony hosted by the IMS Museum and presented by The National Bank of Indianapolis in front of family, friends, team members, and fans.

At the ceremony, Jim and Joan Voyles were also honored with The Sexton Award for Distinguished Service, which is presented to those with a devotion to community service and the success of the Museum.
