🎓 Planning to attend USC Upstate? There are scholarship opportunities you don't want to miss! 💚 University of South Carolina Upstate

If you're a Spartanburg County senior considering USC Upstate, now is a great time to explore financial aid opportunities that could help make college more affordable!

💰 USC Upstate Promise Scholars Program - Eligible students may receive up to the full cost of tuition after other financial aid is applied!

To qualify, students must:

✅ Be a first-time college student graduating from a public high school in Spartanburg, Union, Cherokee, or Greenville County.
✅ Be a recipient of the South Carolina LIFE or Palmetto Fellows Scholarship.
✅ Complete the FAFSA.
✅ Submit the Promise Scholars application.

And don't forget to explore other scholarship opportunities, including the Meeting Street Scholarship Fund, to see what additional financial assistance you may qualify for!

Class of 2027, it's time to COMPLETE those college applications!

You've been researching colleges, building your list, and exploring your options. Now it's time to take the next step and get those applications submitted! 🎓

Before you check college applications off your senior-year to-do list, make sure you:

✅ Submit your applications: Check each college's admissions requirements and deadlines so you don't miss anything!

💰 Ask about fee waivers: Many colleges may still offer application fee waivers, so be sure to ask before paying an application fee.

📄 Request your transcripts: Don't forget that many colleges require an official high school transcript to complete your application. Check with your school about requesting and sending transcripts through Parchment.

Remember, submitting your application doesn't always mean you're finished! Double-check each college's admissions portal to make sure all required materials have been received.

Applying to college early could give you a BIG advantage as you plan for your future! 🎓

Submitting your applications through Early Action can come with some great benefits:

✅ Earlier admissions decisions: Find out if you've been accepted sooner, giving you more time to compare colleges and decide which school is the best fit for you.

💰 More scholarship opportunities: Some colleges give Early Action applicants priority consideration for certain scholarships and financial aid opportunities.

Remember, Early Action is generally nonbinding, meaning you can receive an admissions decision without committing to attend right away.
