Are you currently pregnant and getting ready for labor? Join us for our Comfort Measures Session, where we’ll practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and helpful comfort strategies to help you feel calm, prepared, and confident for the big day you meet your little one. 🤍

Come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring your labor support person so they can learn alongside you.
