Hmong American Association of South Carolina HAA of SC | South Carolina Hmong New Year at Piedmont Interstate Fairground Our Hmong community and new years are not large compare to other Hmong New Years.

We, Hmong American Association, will host South Carolina Hmong New Year at the Piedmont Interstate Fairground every year on the first weekend of November. But we hope to better and improve each year to embrace our tradition and culture. Please come out and support us at each event we plan to host.
