NAMI Spartanburg Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and their families who live with mental illness.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Spartanburg is a non-profit, grassroots organization dedicated to improving the lives and treatment for those who live with a mental illness. Providing free education, support and advocacy to people with a mental illness and their families helps to build better lives for the +87,000 Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union County residents with a diagnosable menta

l illness and their families. The majority of funding for NAMI Spartanburg comes from donations made by members of the local community, individuals and corporations alike. We are an affiliate of NAMI South Carolina (namisc.org) and NAMI National (nami.org).
