Our Financial Fitness program helps individuals and families develop sound money management skills. Individual Development Account (IDA) Program
IDA’s, are innovative matched savings accounts designed to help hardworking families and individuals establish a pattern of regular saving and ultimately, purchase a “productive asset.” Through a partnership all savings will be matched at a 3:1 rate. For example, when IDA participants save $1,000, they will be matched $3,000. Foreclosure Counseling
For homeowners having difficulty paying their mortgage or know they will have difficulty in the near
future, it is important for them to act now. UHP is an approved Contract Housing Counseling Agency for the SC Housing Corporation which provides foreclosure assistance.
