As mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and friends, women often find themselves taking care of others. From children to aging parents, caregiving often comes naturally and is sometimes even expected of us. While we are often happy to provide care to others, it can also be stressful and mentally exhausting, which is why this year's 2026 Women's Empowerment Summit theme is, "Caring for the Caregiver." We will explore topics related to elder abuse, dementia, and mental health strategies for caregivers, and provide resources for caring for yourself and others. We hope you will join us!
