Hey everyone! Check out our new Time to Vote Campaign material! 🗳️⁣
⁣
Since August, we’ve been brainstorming how to get employers involved with civic engagement because we know work schedules can be a major barrier to voting.⁣
⁣
Time to Vote is a nonpartisan initiative encouraging Spartanburg County employers to offer the time, flexibility, or resources their teams need to cast their ballots. Since September, we’ve been connecting with local organizations and nonprofits to help them share voter info and build flexible schedules for their staff.⁣
⁣
We are thrilled and grateful to Strategic Spartanburg for becoming our first official Democracy Champion! 🏆 We also had a fantastic meeting with OneSpartanburg, Inc. to keep the momentum going.⁣
⁣
Know a small business, large company, or local nonprofit that should be involved? Let us know or introduce us!

This is the candidate Meet and Greet from this past Thursday October 1st. 16 candidates running for Spartanburg County Council and Spartanburg Representatives to the SC Legislature. Unfortunately, not all candidates decided to come and meet voters and talk with them face to face.
Our community should be asking..why?
We appreciate every candidate who decided to show up. Thank you!

What a beautiful day in the Una-Saxon area for canvassing! We knocked on 225 doors to get neighbors engaged and ready for the upcoming midterm election. Speaking with our Black and Latino communities in Una was worth all the sweat! We even got a phone call from the legendary Kurtis Blow ( )congratulating us on our hard work to mobilize and empower the community.
