Growing the Next Generation of Educators - Our Kids Club staff are proud participants in the Teachers Up Apprenticeship, where education majors receive ongoing professional development from experienced leaders. Recently, board member and retired principal Joe Delaney Sr. shared insights on lifelong learning and purpose in teaching, and Charlene Doctor from Spartanburg School District 7 led a session on professionalism and the impact teachers have as role models. These experiences help prepare future educators while strengthening the community our kids call home.
