DUNCAN PARK WATERSHED ECOLOGY EDUCATION STATION RIBBON CUTTING CELEBRATION
NOVEMBER 8, 2025

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join PAL to celebrate the opening of Spartanburg’s newest outdoor learning space at Duncan Park. This free, family-friendly event is perfect for children and the adults who explore alongside them.

We’ll kick off at 10:00 AM with a brief ribbon cutting and donor recognition, then spend the morning exploring nature together.

What to expect:

-Live Native Animal Presentations!

-Hands-on activities like fun fall crafts, a nature-walk bingo card along "The Dan" trail and Face painting with native animal designs

-Hot Coffee, Hot Cocoa, and Sweet Potato Muffins for all

Come see how this space will support school field trips, homeschool groups, and community programs as we build out future phases.
