Good afternoon, Spartanburg! The new year is here along with new some construction on North Vernon Street.

These 2 beautiful new-builds will be ready very soon!
In late 2024, we began our resource assistance program and 6 candidates were selected to undergo 6 months of credit repair for FREE! That's right, F-R-E-E, free! One of our graduates has selected N. Vernon Street as her future address. Congratulations to Miss Keeling who will be getting the keys to her first home next month!

The year is almost over, and we could not be more grateful and appreciative to all who have supported affordable housing initiatives with Oak and Ave Impact.

‘Tis the season of giving and Oak & Ave Impact is sponsoring 10 children at Mary H. Wright Elementary School in Spartanburg. We are accepting donations to go towards the purchase of gifts for students between the ages of 8 and 10 years old. Anything you can spare will help grant a child’s Christmas wish. We are so excited to make Christmas at Oak & Ave Impact an annual tradition to support families in Spartanburg and beyond.
