School is back in swing, and The Brainy Bunch is almost here!

We’re so excited to kick off this new group in September! The Brainy Bunch is a FREE group created especially for neurodivergent children ages 8–12 to connect, build confidence, practice everyday skills, and—most importantly—have a place where they can feel comfortable being themselves.

Through fun activities and connection with peers, we hope to create a supportive, inclusive space where kids can think differently and grow together.

📅 Tuesdays | 4–5 PM
✨ Starting September 1st
📍 Grove Healing Collective in Sparta
💚 FREE to attend!

Space may be limited, so reach out to [email protected] to register or learn more.

We can’t wait to meet our first Brainy Bunch! 🧠✨

✨ Meet Haley Russell! ✨

We’re excited to introduce the final member of this year’s intern class at Grove: A Healing Collective—Haley Russell! 💛

Haley is a second-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Tennessee Tech University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a concentration in Social Work, and she’s passionate about helping people feel seen, accepted, and empowered to grow.

Her counseling philosophy beautifully reflects the heart of who she is:

“We, as people, do not need fixing—just the proper conditions to be as we are in a world that doesn’t often feel so welcoming.”

Haley takes a person-centered approach to counseling, creating a space where clients can feel safe, comfortable, and confident as they heal and grow. She values authenticity, honesty, and lifelong learning, and believes that growth often comes through life’s seasons of change.

Outside of counseling, Haley loves people, nature, and finding the light in everyday life—and she hopes to help others do the same.

Please join us in giving Haley a warm Grove welcome! 🌿💛

Please help us welcome our newest counseling intern, Amelia Rigsby! 💛

Amelia is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Tennessee Tech University, and we’re so excited to have her completing her internship here at Grove.

She believes that healing happens in the context of relationships and is passionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to grow. Her goal is to make quality mental health care more accessible while walking alongside clients with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity.

Amelia recently shared something that beautifully captures her heart for counseling:

“I strive to create a therapeutic space in which clients feel seen and heard, as well as safe to share, grow, and heal. I believe healing and learning take place in the context of relationships, and that connecting with clients on a personal level—not just a clinical one—helps create an environment where meaningful change can happen.”

We’re grateful Amelia has chosen Grove as part of her counseling journey, and we can’t wait to watch her continue to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Please join us in giving Amelia a warm Grove welcome! 💚
