Tonight during our monthly meeting some of us learned how to operate the department radio and how do document incident information for the firefighters. Thanks to the members of Sparta Fire Department who assisted in teaching us.

If you might be interested in actively supporting our firefighters, send us a message and we can tell you how!

Today, we take a moment to remember and honor all those whose lives were taken on September 11, 2001. We remember the victims, their families, and the countless lives forever changed by that heartbreaking day.

We especially honor the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and other first responders who showed incredible courage and ran toward the danger to help others. So many made the ultimate sacrifice, putting the lives of strangers before their own.

Their bravery came at an unimaginable cost, and their sacrifices will forever be a part of our history.

Today, and every day, we say thank you to those who gave everything, to those who served, and to the families who continue to carry their memory.

❤️🤍💙 We remember their lives. We honor their courage. We will never forget their sacrifice.
