Sparta FFA Chapter (Wisconsin)

State Convention 2026💛💙

This week we had 6 members travel down to Madison for State FFA convention. Throughout the week members competed in events, learned many new things, and celebrated our members accomplishments!!

⭐️James represented our chapter in the opening flag ceremony
🔹Carley got to receive her first FFA jacket through the gift of blue program
⭐️Shelby went on stage to receive our P.R.I.D.E award for increasing our membership
🔹Amelia preformed in the talent completion by singing “Speechless”
⭐️Amelia also competed in the artwork competition with her saw blade painting
🔹James and Amelia represented our chapter as delegates, helping make decisions for the future of the state organization.
⭐️ Alaya competed in the plants system agriscience fair and placed bronze
🔹Aubrey and Shelby competed in the animal systems agriscience fair and placed gold, advancing to the national competition!

Students also enjoyed going to workshops to learn new skills, celebrating other members on their accomplishments, listening to keynote speakers, and enjoying some fun activities as well!!

🌾Ag Day 2026🌾

Our high school and middle school members took the day yesterday to teacher 1st-3rd graders about different aspects of agriculture with some hands on learning.

4th graders got to go on some awesome industry tours within our community to learn about different aspects of the agriculture industry in our community!

Thank you to the high school and middle school members who brought in animals for the students to get the hands on experience and for taking on a teaching role for the day!
