Sparta VFW Post 2698 is more than just a place in town. It is part of our community, built on service, friendship, and neighbors helping neighbors.

For generations, our Post has been a place where veterans can gather, families can come together, and our community can support one another through benefits, events, fundraisers, and everyday fellowship.

We want everyone in Sparta and the surrounding area to feel welcome here.

Come to an event. Bring the kids. Stop in with friends. Volunteer when you can. Rent the hall for a special occasion. Share our posts and help spread the word.

Every person who participates helps keep Post 2698 strong and helps us continue serving local veterans, families, and our community.

We are proud to be part of Sparta, and we hope you will continue to be part of the VFW family too.

Pretzel necklaces at Oktoberfest aren’t just an accessory. They’re a lifestyle choice. 🥨

Why carry your snack when you can wear it?

For just $1, you can:

Look appropriately festive
Keep emergency pretzels within reach
Avoid the crushing burden of holding yet another thing
Instantly increase your Oktoberfest credibility by a completely unscientific amount

Grab your $1 pretzel necklace at Oktoberfest and wear your snack with pride.

📅 Friday, September 25
⏰ Public event starts at 5 PM
📍 VFW Post 2698
