The Altruistic American The Altruistic American is a nonprofit located in Northern Nevada.

The Altruistic American will raise awareness of mental health issues through educational events, community initiatives, programs targeted at vulnerable people experiencing the common symptoms of loneliness and isolation, interactive forums, and public awareness campaigns that will highlight the social stigma, prejudice, marginalization, and discrimination experienced by those dealing with ill m

ental health. We recognize there is a huge gap in services for those falling through the cracks of existing agencies and local organizations. As mental health advocates we will stand up for those who do not have a voice reminding everyone that there is light, healing and hope throughout this journey. With public support we will establish a mental health care facility to offer a community-based care option that is a safe and supportive environment to remove treatment barriers for people who need access to mental health services. We are committed to providing the necessary resources along with a broad spectrum of services delivered through compassionate, comprehensive individualized care to save lives, save families, and save futures.

We had a great time yesterday at the Winter Beer Games hosted by Final Draught Bottles and Taps! We are so thankful and blessed to have such amazing people support our mission. To all of our supporters (near and far) we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We can't do this without your support.

Huge thank you to Final Draught for their unwavering support and efforts. We are blown away by the love you have shown TAA! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

12 PM: Check in
1–5 PM: Beer games
5 PM: Trophy presentation and celebration time

💚 All proceeds go to The Altruistic American 💚

Teams of four responsible drinkers. Registration is $100 per team, or $80 for industry teams. Teams must come in a team shirt or uniform- have some fun with this!

Seven events total. Some events are subject to change. Beer is included 😉 See our event on Facebook for the event details.

Point system: Points are added up at the end of all seven events. Extra points are awarded to teams that wear a team uniform and come prepared with a lip sync performance.

🏆 Trophy & prizes will be awarded for first place and runner up.

Pinball fans, this one’s for you 🍻 Join us for a Charity Pinball Tournament at Final Draught on February 21, 2026 at 5 PM for Pinball and Metal Night.

This tournament is in partnership with The Altruistic American, so you can play for a good cause while listening to your favorite rock and metal albums all night. 🎶 Presented by Jorge’s Arcade.

Entry is $10, with half donated to The Altruistic American. 💚 There will be cash prizes for the top 3, and this event is 21+ to play. Quarters will be available to buy.
